A Michigan man could face life in prison after he allegedly tortured and ultimately killed his girlfriend's 4-year-old son last week for wetting his pants, prosecutors say.
Brandon Joshua-Frederick Hayes, 24, "systematically beat" Dominick Calhoun, 4, "pummeling [him] with fists and kicking him" on his arms, legs and genitalia, Genesee County prosecutor David Leyton told CNN.
Hayes also apparently burned the boy in the course of the torture. "The knuckles across one hand were charred," Argentine Township police chief Dan Allen said.
"I've been doing this a long time, and this is the worst case of child abuse I've ever seen," the police chief said. "In all respects, he was tortured."
Prosecutors arraigned Hayes on Thursday on nine charges, including one count of first-degree premeditated murder, one count of first-degree child abuse and one count of torture, which by itself carries a possible life sentence.

Juggalo. A subculture of white morons who are fans of the Detroit-based "Insane Clown Posse", the most ridiculously stupid rap group who has ever graced the planet.
They're concentrated in Michigan but the subculture exists across the country and has been implicated in a several violent acts typically involving hatchets, machetes and group "beat-downs."
Google the term and learn more than you'd care to. But when I saw the guy's photo, "Juggalo" immediately crossed my mind.
Someone is going to have a hard time sitting down for quite a long time unless he happens to windup dead.
I am inclined to want to break every bone in his body, one by one, then tie a few cinder blocks around his neck and toss him into Lake Huron.
A hole for put him in in the forest, a gallon of honey, an ant hill close and the last thing he sees is the tailligts as the car is driven away.
If he's convicted of first degree murder, automatic life in prison. Torture also carries a life sentence.
Knowing that part of Michigan, my money says meth or heroin.

Fellow prisoners do not typically like child abusers, and frankly, any excuse will do to beat up or kill another prisoner. The prisons in Michigan are about 90 percent, uh, non-white, although it’s hard to tell what this POS would claim to be when asked — but his looks won’t help him there, either. He can’t be trusted with a burned-out match, so he can’t live in the real world any longer. My guess is, he’s been in and out of jail or other confinement for a good part of his life.
