Why? Have they been told not to? Are they afraid for some reason? What is going on...because obviously something is and they know it, if they all refuse to discuss what was really behind it all.
It’s an ongoing investigation and they may have been asked by the police to not tell all the details at this point in the investigation. It’s sounds like they are still interviewing witnesses.
My guess is the mother is quiet because she is on the wrong side of the NOLA and National political divide. She wants the perps caught most of all and fears if she makes it political the Democrats will, as they always do, close ranks and justice will not be done.
