It’s time you realize that Obama is abandoning Israel while American Jews are fiddling. Check out the Jewish members of Congress (save for Joe Lieberman) who have voiced pract- ically no support for Israel. This tin horned thug,Ahmandinejad, is threatening to destroy Israel and he has the tools to do it, yet you and the rest cry anti-semitism when someone points out that the American Jews continue to vote their enemies to power. The Republicans, have always been ardent supporters of Israel.
I'm just a dumbass, I'll accept that. Your statement that Republicans have always been supporters of Israel, the implication that Democrats haven't, betrays your ignorance. Bush I certainly wasn't, though he might look that was compared to the short lived Ford. Ike, he had his reasons for supporting the Arabs and demanding the return of the Sinai and the Suez Canal. He wasn't hostile to Israel, as he and Nixon, a real friend, realized, they made a mistake. I think Reagan was almost as fond of Israel as GWB, but he tried to force a solution, like Obama. Realized his mistake quickly. And GWB, imo personally the most supportive of Israel, did great damage. By calling for a palestinian state, the first American President to do so, by demanding a corridor from Gaza to the West Bank carved out of Israel, and by violating the Oslo Accords to which the United States is a signatory and creating a palestinian military force. Under General Jones. Who now serves Obama.
But I know, us Jews are just a bunch of dummise, we vote enemies into power, doing that for centuries.
Aren’t you foprgetting House minority Whip Eric Cantor(R)VA?
He organized the writing of a statement signed by a few hundred members of Congress to Obama about the disturbing turn of events in lack of support for Israel.
Ed Koch has written two major article calling pout Obama, and Schumer and Gillibrand for remaining silent. His language is strong, harsh, and to the point.
Generalizing about any ethnic group is dangerous business.
Obama has brought more racial and religious enmity to the surface than any other politician I can think of. Obama is the problem. Not the Jews, not people like Ron Lauder and Ed Koch, or Eric Cantor who are speaking out against Obama. They should be encouraged and supported, not derided.
Yeah because we are sick and tired of hearing it all the time. It never ends. Your intentions seem to be good.....But other who constantly harp on the Jewish vote for Obama don't like Jews and don't like Israel. You don't speak for these people. If you support Israel then I take your criticism as constructive.
