Yes, but we have put the left on notice that we won’t put up with their BS. He may get lawyered up but he is outed so to speak. Also, his union will spend money on lawyers and he may very well spend time in a hearing.

The Oregon TSPC is not staffed by wilting violets. He may well need a good lawyer, because if they do decide to suspend his license for any period of time he will lose his job in Beaverton. That could be a career ender, where he either moves on or becomes a substitute.
