Obama's status as a natural born citizen has never been established from a legal standpoint and all challenges in court have been dismissed because the complainant has lacked standing. The courts have not examined any evidence.
It would be best for the country if Obama is in fact qualified to serve as president. It would be even better for the country if this was established in court after presentation and examiniation of the evidence. It is very bad for the country that an issue of this impact has not been addressed by any legal authority and is instead played out in the media.
Lt. Col. Larkin has the standing to carry a challenge into court. Regardless of the outcome, that is good for the country because this issue needs to be resovled in court.

The Court Martial will attempt to avoid any discussion of eligibility, and concentrate on the military aspects of the case. I hope the Colonel is lawyered up for it.

Now as far as the other responses to my post go.
Obama became the LAWFUL commander in chief when he was sworn in. That is the point at which this particular tool became duty bound to follow all legal orders issued by him.
