A woman who calls herself a "hardcore street activist" and "psycho babe" of internet radio is accused of locking her daughters out of her house because they wouldn't do what they were told.
Christie Czajkowski, 37, is charged with five felonies in Taney County:
-Two counts of felony child abuse
-Two counts of endangering the welfare of a child
-One count of resisting arrest
Czajkowski was being held Tuesday night on $50,000 bond.
Here's what happened, according to a probable cause statement obtained by KSPR NEWS:
A sheriff's deputy and children's services worker went to Czajkowski's residence Monday night to investigate a report that two girls were locked out by their mother on Saturday.
"Christie was possibly violent," a deputy wrote, "and possibly had loaded firearms inside the residence."
Czajkowski answered the door and said she was doing her internet radio show, Truth Brigade. "She insisted she go inside without us," the deputy wrote. "I then told her that if she did not follow my orders of staying with us that she would be placed under arrest. I did not want to let her go inside without us, due to the possible weapons that she may have inside and her being a suspect in this case ... she then laughed and started to shut the door on me.
"At that time, I told Christie that she was under arrest and went to place her into custody," he continued. "Christie immediately started yelling and pulling from me. Everytime I would try to handcuff her, she would jerk her arm off and demand that she just wanted to go upstairs and handle her business.
"While I was wrestling with her, I told my dispatch of the situation and that I needed assistance. Christie continued to scream, telling me that I was on the air and that she was going to sue me for violating her rights."
Czajkowski's daughters reportedly told investigators one of their mother's friends would tie them up with rope and leave them in a room "for hours at a time."
Czajkowski's radio show aired weeknights from 7-9 p.m. on American Freedom Radio. She was doing her show when police came to her door on Monday and arrested her; Czajkowski claimed police threw her to the floor.

Two men who tried to stop Czajkowski's arrest were detained but have been released, the Taney County sheriff says.

Or maybe there is. Since the lobotomized reporter was unable to give us ages for the “Children” there is a better than even chance we have a couple of perfectly capable teenagers who got punished.
If they were small children the girbilist would have said so.
It used to be they reported on who, what, where, and how. Now they skip all that and just try to convince the public to adopt the take they want public to think about it.
