BS. Ever hear the legal term 'discovery'? The courts aren't tossing the cases by offering no proof, they are tossing them because of a court invented standing issue. The standing issue itself has long been argued as a constitutional conflict whereby "...both of constitutionally-derived rules and judicially-created gatekeeping ("prudential") rules." In other words if a court want to hear the merits of a case it loosens the standing requirement, but if it doesn't want to hear a case it uses standing to toss them without even hearing the merits. "Proof" has nothing to do with it - political agenda is the operative word.

That brings your total down to 44 which aren't exactly content as more bills are being drafted. Congress isn't 100% content, there is Bill Posey and H.R. 1503

Yes. It doesn’t mean you go to court to discover if a crime has been committed. You are expected to have a case BEFORE you get to court, rather than develop it once you arrive.

Yes, my home state of Arizona is one of several considering tightening oversight - but Arizona and all the other states DID put him on the ballot, and the law requires them to refuse if they believe he isn’t qualified.
So yes, all 50 states said he was qualified. And Congress certified the election without a single dissent. And a bill was passed saying Obama was born in Hawaii without a single vote against.
I’m not defending Obama. I’m defending the Constitution, which provide Obama with due process ans set out how a presidential election is validated.
