Your simply incorrect. He can be a citizen with one US parent if born in the US. He can only be a Natural Born Citizen if BOTH parents are US Citizens. They are not, and he isn’t.
OK, I’m wrong. But so is everyone else in a position to do anything, so the end result is the same.
If no one in Congress or the Courts agrees with your legal reasoning, your legal reasoning just doesn’t matter.
