“So, they lost because the courts proclaimed Barry is a natural born citizen?”

Yes.

Other courts, such as the US Supreme Court, have refused to even hear the birther case...which is a pretty good indication they consider it frivolous.

So you think if a Supreme Court rules on an issue they are 100% correct ALL the time???? They never make any constitutional mistakes or don’t sometimes have any personal agendas contrary to the Constitution?

Hello! Roe v Wade or Kelo ring a bell???

#1 - You keep citing the same 2 court cases over and over and over and you keep ignoring many other decisions contrary to those 2. You need new material, yours is getting boring.

#2 - A state Supreme Court does not trump federal. This WILL eventually get to SCOTUS.

Quote from the conclusions of the case: To the extent that these authorities conflict with the United States Supreme Court‟s interpretation of what it means to be a natural born citizen, we believe that the Plaintiffs‟ arguments fall under the category of “conclusory, non-factual assertions or legal conclusions” that we need not accept as true when reviewing the grant of a motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim. They didn't win so much as the other lost, because they did not convince the courts IMO.
