Interesting take. Perhaps the Jews of Israel are far more realistic than American Jews who have a D after their name.
But the article is evidently anecdotal, based on “Ive spent a lot of time in the past year getting the Israeli perspective.”
This is why I tend to get quite testy with those that post replies that gloat over the fact that a majority of American Jews voted for the Obamanation. They are condemning our ally, Israel, for the actions of those they do not control.
In essence, demanding that American Jewry take their marching orders from a foreign nation. Which, historically, has been a rational for anti-Semitism (in the first place).

The polls in Israel are not anecdotal. They show Obama’s approval rating at 6-9%.
