Who cares if they can practice law anymore. They will never practice law again anyway. In fact, I don’t think they would be allowed to once a President. Could you imagine having barack as your lawyer. That would not be allowed in any court room. The President would be unfair to the other guy for sure in the face of the jury.

John Quincy Adams practiced law after he was President. He argued the famous Amistad case.
