My guess is Pootey and gang are pretending to go along with the One World Government BS even though they have zero intention of really going along with it.

Well, Putin jumped the gun because that treaty means squat until it is ratified and they still need 9 Republicans for that. Of course that doesn’t mean much nowadays...
