I agree with that. Many will die I fear before we learn that rabid dogs like that can only be dealt with on their level.
I was raised in Los Angeles as a teenager in the late 50’s. My father was raised on the streets as a kid and was very street wise. He taught me one very good lesson. If I was confronted by someone and I knew in my mind and heart that it was going to end in a fight........deck the other guy as hard as I could. Don’t stand around and wait for the first punch from the other guy. He also taught me that if I ever lost a fight, wait a couple of days and catch the other guy from behind and take him down. Never let them believe that you lost. I was not a big fighter but in LA, you best be able to take care of yourself. Remember the famous saying “I’ll be back”? It works. People need to be standing up more these days and let these gangs know that the talking is done and they are going to hurt real bad.
