If I'm not mistaken, Bibi confirmed the date a few days ago. One of his spokespeople said something like, "when the President of the United States invites you to an event, the smart thing to do is accept". It seems a little odd to me that he would confirm the trip a few days ago only to cancel today. I doubt he is planning on knocking out Iran during the summit...that was just a hypothetical thought. Probably the most likely reason for cancelling is that Israel/Bibi have nothing to gain by showing up. They would be embarrassed again by 0 just like they were a few weeks ago. Nevertheless, we need to pray for Israel and Bibi.
