Can you do this by shopping locally? I mean do I need to buy in bulk as opposed to a flat of cans? I know this is a stupid question because as I writing it I know the answer to it. My concerns are planning for this and not getting support from my family I will have to do it on my own....I can't count on my in-laws to have done this and my son is in college....he is not going to do it so I will do it for my entire family pretty much. My in laws think if they have food in the freezer they are ok...not thinking that unless you have power, that food is no good!
