Well they could revoke it. Or we should just have a standing order like the one Obama put on an American citizen today against terrorists. Wanted dead or alive (no trial needed)...if we kill them without fear of procsecution of the one who kills a foreign terrorist problem solved. If he was dead dimplomatic immunity wouldn’t help much now would it?
I dont think he can be prosecuted, but I believe he can be deported in short order.
