If this is as common as he claims, then when was the last time we had a significant impact of an asteroid on the moon?
It would seem as if 71 foot asteroids traveling between the earth and moon would occasionally hit one or the other.

If this is as common as he claims, then when was the last time we had a significant impact of an asteroid on the moon? AFAIK, 1178, but some dispute that one.
