If there is indeed a bench warrant for someone’s arrest, AND if there is PROBABLE CAUSE TO BELIEVE THAT WARRANTED PERSON IS INSIDE, then yes, they have the right to enter the home.

Sounds to me like camera was rigged in advance because she was hoping to be able to film a supposed “illegal” entry. Cops and bounty hunters didn’t just fall off the turnip truck. Can’t say the same for her.

From what I have gathered in this discussion and elsewhere they need to know the person is inside if the place is not listed as his residence.

I cannot say for sure, but it sure looks like they showed up there simply because they knew she knew him - which she obviously did.

It will be interesting to see the outcome on this one.
