If you believe humans are capable of governing themselves without some minimal form of self government, then you are a fool. Sorry for the bluntness, but it's deserved. Apparently, you would be dissatisfied with even the government created by our founding fathers, our Constitution and Bill of Rights. After all, they offer a degree of government control.
