this whole issue is ridiculous. Many people refer to countries of ethnic origin as a “mother country” or homeland. Look at Irish Americans, for example.

Wouldn’t you want the President who says he is proud America is his home country? That is Patriotism. Do you sense patriotism in Michelles comments?

Im Irish American. My Grandparents were born there. My parents were born here.

I and my Parents would never call Ireland My “Home Country”. NEVER. WE BLEED RED WHITE AND BLUE.

My Grandfather might. My Grandmother might. Because they were BORN THERE.
