I listened to the whole thing and am dumber because of it. He did mention how if you go to a doctor, then a specialist, then a surgeon they all order the same tests, instead of emailing the results to each other and they should all be in the same room to save money.

I have been to my fair share of doctors and with the exception of blood tests have almost never have redundant tests done, because my doctors sent the reports of my health to the doctor when they put in the referal.
