Why are y’all beating up Rabs?

Seems to me if you want to take issue with the article you should be beating up Bonnie Alba. She wrote it.

1. No, we are not beating up on Rabs.
2. We are not unfairly shooting the messenger. Rabs has a problem of falsely labely Sarah Palin and using Hyperbole. But as the many posters on this thread have shown, Rabs favorite Ron Paul has a set of problems that we never hear about from Rabs, in fact, he goes strangely silent whenever the various ugly truths about Ron Paul come to the fore and are posted to him. So, as the saying goes, what's good for the goose, is good for the gander. If Rabs wants to be honest about the deficiences of his guy, and be as prolific in his acknowledgements of the problems his guy has, then I'd bet he would get a whole lot less postings like this. Otherwise, Rabs is a hypocrite.

I am still consternated that the SRLC2010 (Southern Republican Leadership Conference), opening this coming Thursday, has given a speaking engagement to Ron Paul as part of the program. As you can see in the link, they talk him up as a “Republican congressman” and speak in glowing terms.

The guy isn’t even Southern!! It bothers me that Republicans allow him to call himself one of them. I have e-mailed the SRLC with no response. I suspect his people infiltrated the organizers, but I sure would like to see one or more Republican leaders speak up against the nonsense of including him.
