General, hire Court Reporter, take Evidence, vote, ISSUE "INDICTMENTS" which you send to your Sheriff to arrest crooked local Officials, Start Local, clean up your County, Make Judges , officials follow the Constitution of USA & STATE, then work your way up to indicting State officials, - Do what you can to EXPAND your state Assembly so that no member represents more than 20,000 people, and make them work for $1000 per month or LESS. that will eliminate most of the Lawyers, who should not be controling both Courts and Legislatures.
