Go to K-Mart wait until the blue light comes on,race to the counter that has the Metamucil,buy all there is,take it home sprinkle it on your Grape Nuts "liberally" eat several bowls and in less time than it takes to say I love Obamama half of your problems will be solved!
The other half of your problems have to be solved by the mods,sorry.
