People said the SAME THING about repeal of prohabititon...

I’ll say it again for those not familiar with the laws of supply and demand....

Something legal to grow in tour own garden has ZERO value on the black market.

Psst....hey buddy....want to buy some tomatos?

Liberaltarians will blame anyone except the users (themselves) for the problems. Gotta have their drugs, nothing else matters.

You can’t believe we were better off with gangsters like Al Capone and Joe Kennedy controlling alcohol sales than we are with companies Coors, Miller, and Seagram selling it.

I have finally come to realize that all these lying holier-than-thou opponents of legalized drugs are all drug-pushers. Follow the money. The only reason they oppose legalizing drugs is because they are either in the business or invested in it in some way. Either that, or they have a vested (read big money) investment in the WOD.

No one with half a brain, who is not pushing drugs, or making big money form the WOD, wants the deadly, expensive, totally ineffective WOD to continue.

Hank

The war on drugs led to the 911 attacks and gave us this pretender, BO.

A Chicago female FBI agent arrested one of the 911 hijackers after being tipped off by a flight school. The undocumented arab just wanted to fly the plane and not learn how to take off or land.

She grew suspicious and petitioned to subpoena his computer which later revealed the name of the other hijackers.

She was rebuffed by her station chief who demanded she concentrate on drug cases because there was money to be made off RICO seizures and turn the would be terrorist over to immigration.

What a different world we live in today if she was allowed to pursue her instincts on a possible act of terror in the planning.

You mean Nancy Reagan, the prescription drug abuser ? She was a hypocrite, at least.

And some "conservatives" are no different from leftists that preach freedom but desire to rule over others.

But one can't be for legalizing and not be a dope and for using dope.

Not for use of dope, but unwilling for taxpayer money to stop the use.

Since when is it the job of government to tell a man he can’t destroy his own life.

It's the job of the government to prevent citizens from engaging negligent that endanger other citizen's lives. Getting high is a danger to other citizens.

We have lost more people due to drunk driving over the past 30 years than to due to murder. Half the murders in the nation are intoxication-related.

How many more citizens are you willing to see die so losers can have the "right" to get high?

After all, it's your right to force others to live like you want them to.

It's perfect acceptable and absolutely necessary for government stop LOSERS getting high on drugs and harming others. THAT IS PROPER FUNCTION OF GOVERNMENT.

We lose more lives due to drunkenness and drug intoxication than due to murder each year. Why do we need any more legal ways for citizens to get high? How many more innocent people are you willing to see DIE so losers can get high on drugs?

I have finally come to realize that all these lying holier-than-thou opponents of legalized drugs are all drug-pushers. I have come to conclude that those in favor of citizens getting high on crack, PCP, LSD and other drugs that result in one losing control of one's facilities are dumb.

And, I hope the next time someone high on drugs is driving the highway, they on the side of a road you are driving on.

If drug usage endangers the lives of citizens, it should be the citizens in favor of legalizing drugs.

Do you feel the same way about drunk driving?

Do you wan to live in an apartment building or live in house next someone using PCP, crack or LSD, Hank? Or do you have brains to understand that might be a danger to you and your family?

Anyone that doesn't realize drug usage diminishes the quality of life for all and that more drug usage would occur if it were legalized is as dumb Sean Penn.

Doesn't matter what I or you think. The fact is the federal government does not have the authority to make me do anything. My state has the right to tell me I can't drive drunk or kill kittens. That is the point.

The constitution is a limit on the power of the fed not an enumeration of my rights. That is the way our government was designed and that's the way it should be. Let the state's enumerate rights to their hearts content, it's their power under the constitution so long as it does not violate those expressly enumerated in the amendments clause.

You want drugs outlawed then pass an amendment and we'll call it square. Obviously the congress of the twenties thought that's what they needed to do to make alcohol illegal. At least they didn't shred the founding document of our country out of some pious belief in protecting the population (only to enslave them later). Franklin would have been disappointed in your view of using the Fed to make you safe from dopers.
