I think it was tucked into the health care bill to hide the fact that such will be controlled by the Government, and that the people who get to go to college will also be controlled by the government. If you need a loan, they can stop you. If you have the money, they will tax you.

Even a two to three year lag behind the wave of ready socialists going through will put any conservative or otherwise 'undesireable' student at a tremendous disadvantage in the workforce--which is increasingly government controlled as well.

It is all about control.
