We have to CHANGE that!
I should think that the AG or Governor would file unless they were Dems. In which case, the Republican should use the issue during the campaign.
I do not think that our state can elect a conservative AG, but we have a viable libertarian for Governor, in Republican Bob Ehrlich, in whom I hope we could expect for him to file a suit.
I would like to say that this could be done based on the law and as a matter of principle. Unfortunately, Maryland is owned by the Fed, based on it’s proximity, such a challenge may not take place from this state.
