Yes..., we do know about "cult groups" -- those who pretend to teach Christian doctrine and the teachings of the Bible -- but are actually like ravening wolves to devour the flock...
Their false prophets spout off the lies of Satan and seek to deceive, like their father, who is the father of lies and deception and death and destruction.
They are one of two large non-Christian cult groups in the United States, actually "home-grown" having started here in this country. So, right where the Gospel of Jesus, the Messiah of Israel is dear to millions, Satan sets up his deception right in their midst, with their false prophet, false books, false teaching and false doctrines.
