No. You're confusing it with cobhole. The corncob was early American "toilet paper" and everyone used to have a bucket of them by the outhouse. They were quite effective, maybe more than TP, but you just can't flush them. Every congressman should be required to use them because they make for cleaner arseholes. Lord knows Wasshington has enough dirty ones as it is.
