If Ohio breaks red (or is overrun by red), then tanks go red.

For what it's worth, the Marine LAV and [at least some] Strykers are built in Canada.

In a hot war red vs. blue, red has a problem obtaining armor. Blue has the edge there, for sure. Hopefully red's navy can keep red's army resupplied with tanks. Red does OK against blue with aircraft airframes and weapons, although jet engines are a problem for red.

Ohio is the key to armor, if it breaks blue, then red is in trouble. It takes a long time to build tank manufacturing facilities..
