Anyone got the odds on a war breaking out this time if secession is tried?

I am not advocating war, merely illustrating what can happen when a government gets to far out of control, they leave their citizens no other choice.
As far as laying off the caffeine, some of my fellow patriots did that in Boston Harbor on December 17, 1773.
