I read just this morning that it was.

Not that it made a difference as far as getting a majority. But I read that they needed one Repub vote. Don't know for sure if that's true.

I know that she voted against it consistently thereafter.

they always wanted her vote of course, but they certainly didn’t need it. the committees are stacked with Dems.
