Nothing was said about what to do about the illegals already here. Why can't she just answer this?
Just by hearing what she had to say about the issue showed me she doesn’t know about it, because she has never lived it.
I don't live in a border state, but I know enough about the issue to be able to deduce that something has to be done about the illegals already here, bleeding the system. Any politician that doesn't know about this issue is woefully unprepared - or willfully ignoring it.

She is ignoring it...but totally aware of it. For one thing anyone who speaks out against illegal immigration is immediately marginalized and she is not about to do that right now. She knows how McPain feels and there is no point arguing with him about this if she is going to stump for him. There is a time a place and a way to approach the topic...if Obama starts pushing it and Americans react badly enough that would be the time to address it. I remember Arnold tried to go there when he got elected in CA and he was trounced immediately. She's a smart lady and knows it is an incendiary issue. Time and place...time and place....
