I am sick of hearing about ‘Bush’s tax cuts for the rich’. Didn’t all taxpayers get a cut? After all, the poor don’t pay taxes anyway.

After the Bush Tax RATE Cuts, the Rich paid a larger portion of Federal Income Taxes and the “poor” paid less or NO Federal Income Taxes.
