Sorry, but taking over private companies, such as GM and Chrysler are illegal and are impeachable offenses. Lying to the voters is also an impeachable offense.

Not to be a buzz kill, but nothing he has done thus far, no matter how unseemly are not criminal acts.

And with the libtards running congress...it has no chance.

Unless it can be proven that Barry Soetoro has benefited directly, he has transactional immunity for actions taken in furtherance of his duties as president. The Bailouts of GM and Chrysler and the deal with Fiat, fall under that transactional immunity.
