Like our banks, insurance companies, Fannie Mae, Freddy Mac and all.
Plausible?
Entirely plausible.
More plausible is that the government finds a way in regulation of putting insurance companies out of business, and then “saves the public from the crisis of no insurance” with public-funded insurance... and wha-la, we arrive at “single payer.”
