Well someone will always pay of course. But it was my understanding everyone must purchase....so there won’t be free rides so to speak as there are now.

The middle class is going to pay, and pay dearly - the poor will be subsidized, while the wealthy will buy their way out through lobbying.

NO , people can pay the IRS fine of 750 per person and not have insurance.

Oh, no. If you can’t pay, you won’t have to and you won’t get penalized either. The same people we were paying for before by hidden surcharges in our premiums and healthcare costs will still be getting “free” healthcare — except there will be millions and millions more of them and it will cost us more and more.
