Normative Judaism no longer practices animal sacrifice. No Jews in Israel-- secular, Orthodox or Haredi (ultra-Orthodox)-- want to sacrifice a paschal lamb on the Temple Mount. The people asking to do this are a tiny, tiny fringe group.
