Then why buy health insurance at all? It would be a waste of money. Just wait until you get sick and then go buy insurance. That would save alot of money, wouldn't it?

Playing devil's advocate, I would say that's why they put in a mandate for everyone to buy insurance, in exchange for not letting the insurance companies pick and choose, or drop you when you need it most.
