I’m not a lawyer but I think if multiple districts and circuits are involved, it can get moved over to the DC Circuit. This may grease the skids to get it to SCOTUS.
If I heard my AG correctly, that was a major part of the plan.
I sure hope these suits work out better than the birth certificates suits. How the h*ll did we let this happen to America??????
