I will not 'purchase' their stupid plan.

I will not pay any 'fines' levied against me for not doing so.

I will not appear in any Court in the land for refusing to pay fines or refusing 'mandatory purchases'.

If anyone attempts to force me into a Court I'll resist forcibly.

Clear enough?
