I carried the C9 for several years as security and personal protection officer (aka bodyguard) and never had problem #1. Made in the USA, inexpensive, reliable, albeit a bit bulky. I hear the carbines are nice, too.

I bought the 10 shot clip for it. It fits my hand better with the extension at the bottom of the grip.
