Be nice to Hagar! I’ve always viewed him as a member in good standing of the barbarian wing of the GOP, along with my personal favorites, Genghis Khan and Alaric the Goth.
Hagar is just a Dark Ages entrepreneur — as in his famous line “Goodbye Helga, I’m off to burn and loot!”
He certainly deserves to be in better company than the bloody tyrants pictured in your post.
However, in other respects, your point is well taken. I can definitely imagine Henry VIII and Catherine the Great as natural compadres with Obama, Pelosi, and Reid.
