We couldnt even convict Bill Clinton on impeachment. Takes 67 votes in Senate. Impeachment wouldnt repeal health care either. Elections have consequences. It will be a long hard battle and the GOP is already saying parts of the bill are good and they want to keep. I just saw a conservative GOP congressman saying just that on tv.
I am not saying it would be easy. My thought is just that there is enough corruption in this administration that once we have congressional subpeona power we should be able to find some shocking things. Plus they couldn’t argue that this corruption was “just about sex.” However, most importantly if we win the whitehouse in 2012 then we could still repeal it before the entitlement part kicks in.
