According to the WSJ this morning, that is correct.

“Exemptions for economic hardship, religious objections, American Indians, those without coverage for less than three months, undocumented immigrants, incarcerated individuals.”

From what I’ve read, the illegals are “entitled” (as usual) to the benefits, but exempt from the penalties. That right there should be enough to stir Americans to see we are being tyrannised, but it’s not.
