You’re despicable for advocating that he let that he stand by and let that kid get killed just so he didn’t take any unnecessary risk to himself.
He's despicable for recklessly and irresponsibly abandoning his family (his wife-to-be and his two kids) to be without any breadwinner and without support from him, for the rest of their lives and having them irresponsibly given over to the nanny state for society to take care of them, instead of him taking care of them -- as is his sole responsibility -- and not society's.
That's exactly how to raise more Democrats (and not conservatives) in our society... yeah, a good idea all right...
By your twisted reasoning, soldiers are just as irresponsible for enlisting in the military and going to war.
You don’t know. They might get killed in battle and leave a family.
Might as well damn police officers while you’re at it.
And don’t forget firefighters who also take risks to save people in burning buildings.
Why don’t we just pass laws that anybody engaged in a profession where they have a risk of dying be single. Send all those parents back home to their comfy little risk free enclaves and not worry about the rest of the world.
