This might work in our favor. A dem (female) was just on Fox (with Megyn Kelly) and she said it would be very BAD for the dems if the Stupak group got their way on abortion.

There are about 30 undecideds .. and they could end up voting NO, because of the EO against abortion, because many of their constituients WANT ABORTION FUNDING.

Soooooo .. lets just let it play out and see what happens.

Funniest thing...them believing Obama is going to sign the EO after they vote. Seriously? He’s never going to do it. He’s going to get their votes then conveniently forget to write that thing up. STUPAK IS THE NEW STUPID.

Oh, no, he'll sign it. But it won't have any legal standing. An executive order CANNOT over ride statute. The courts will throw it out quicker than a rotten potato. It is nothing more than a sham attempt at CYA by Stupak. And, sadly most constitutionally ignorant Americans won't even know any better.
