Stupak, Dems reach abortion deal; 'eight or nine' will vote yes

Democrats have reached a deal on an executive order on abortion that could hand them a victory on healthare.
"Eight or nine" Democrats, including Rep. Bart Stupak (D-Mich.), will announce the deal at a 4 p.m. press conference, according to an anti-abortion Democrat.
"We've changed [our votes]," said Rep. Steve Driehaus (D-Ohio).
Driehaus said he's seen the executive order and can now vote for the healthcare bill. He said Stupak has signed off, as well.
Driehaus made his remarks just a few moments ago in the Speaker's Lobby. He said the group of "eight or nine" Democrats -- including Stupak -- who had been withholding their votes plans to announce the deal at 4 p.m. in the House Radio/TV gallery.

This is a sham.
God will get them in his own way and time..They will have to answer to God for what they have done ,among all the other dems!!! Revenge is mine sayeth the Lord!!!!

Come on folks, you knew deep down for days or weeks now, that the dems WOULD vote yes in the end. They just needed a deal or something like an EO they can hold up and say they held to their “principles”. Of course Stupak knows the EO is worthless, but doesn’t matter. He has wanted to vote for this from the beginning, so it was on a matter of “price”.
Sad day for the unborn, and the rest of us in this country.
Dems will suffer a slaughter in November, but evidently it doesn’t matter to them.
They will not pay as much as you and your children will. They will not pay as much as the pre-born will, at least not in this lifetime.
People put too much hope in democrats. If they really cared about abortion they wouln’t be democrats. The party of death.
The baby killers know it’s a ruse.
It will not be the law of the land because it is illegal.
Not many. The taste of revolution is in their mouths.
What is outrageous is the fact that I, as a hard working, law abiding taxpayer has NO voice, NO representation.
After having spent just 10 hours in a county jail through no fault of my own learned early on to play by the rules and avoid such places again at all costs. Now, the federal government is going to force me into being a criminal and enemy of the state.
I WILL NOT PLAY THEIR F-ING GAME ANY LONGER. “F” THEM!!!
They WILL NOT receive not one more dime from me. No more taxes, no penalty fines, nothing!
To use their own freaking drug induced motto from the sixties “I’m tuned in and now I’m dropping out”.

Why do you call it treachery? They are democrats - it is in their nature to vote for big government. Conservatives who beleived in these animals have been deluding themselves.
All of us veterans took an oath to defend this country. I don’t remember if the oath was only in force while we were in uniform or was it for life? Anybody know?

There is nothing pro-life about statism. It is death to the individual. In more ways than one.
