If passed, this massive, partisan piece of socialist dreck will never be directly repealed by our corrupt and craven Congress.

GOP control of House after 2010 elections will be enough to defund and stop the taxing, simply by withholding votes. Finishing the process in 2012 (actually 2013) with GOP control of Senate and Presidency will give a fair crack at also replacing the Rat "reforms" with conservative reforms and letting it run.

The problem is that Obama will veto anything the Republicans pass that he does not like, and there is no way they will have enough votes to override. As they've done in the past, the Democrats will claim that the GOP is trying to shut down the government, starve little babies and prevent poor Granny from getting her Social Security check. The news media will amplify the message and the Republicans will wind up caving.

In the end, Congress is not going to solve this: we and our state legislatures are. But it is going to get ugly.
