I thought about that after seeing them go through, knowing that there’s a tunnel from the Capitol building to the offices (I’ve been down there before). Also, most of the Congressmen who came out were on our side (Gohmert, Pence, Blackburn are some who I met yesterday). Looking back, I think they made a concious effort to go out though the crowd, so they could then run to their allies in the lapdog media and do what they always to—play the race card.
I’m really surprised one of them didn’t “trip and fall” to the pavement, so they could claim they were pushed by angry racists protestors. The MSM would dutifully run the story with absolutely no verification.
